What are Joy d' Fleur's Trading Hours?
We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.
Our shop located at Kingsley village shopping centre, Kingsley is open
Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm
Saturdays from 9am to 1:30pm.
We are however closed on Sundays and Public holidays. All orders placed during this time will be delivered on the following business day.
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
Normal flower delivery hours for Joy d’ Fleur are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are limited deliveries on Saturday. And we unfortunately do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
What is the deadline for placing an order online or by phone to guarantee same day delivery?
For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 1:30pm (WST) Monday - Friday and by 10am (WST) on Saturday to guarantee same day delivery.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is calculated during the checkout process and is based on the suburb of delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
Joy d’ Fleur is your local Kingsley florist and we deliver to most suburbs North of the river. For all other deliveries in Perth that fall outside of this area as well as throughout Australia and Internationally, we use floral networks such as Interflora and Petals to ensure that your flower order is of the highest quality and delivered on time to your recipient. You are welcome to come into our store to select your Interflora or Petals arrangement to send or if you are unable to come in to see us just contact us on +61 8 9409-4253 or email@example.com and place your order with us over the phone or via email.
Can I order flowers online for delivery outside of Australia?
We do offer flowers for delivery outside of Australia. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Australia please call us +61 8 9409-4253 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you.
Can you guarantee a specific time for a flower or gift delivery?
Joy d’ Fleur cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.
Do you ring the recipient prior to delivery?
You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "delivery notes" field on the order page. We may call a recipient when necessary in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible. However we prefer to keep your delivery a surprise for the recipient and would appreciate you leaving us your contact number at the time of checkout in the event that we need to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time due to circumstances such as weather. Please note, that all deliveries to hospitals are confirmed prior to delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so.
If the gift cannot be left safely, a calling card will be left on the recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?
Joy d’ Fleur will attempt to find the correct address.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Joy d’ Fleur will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Joy d’ Fleur is unable to accept any responsibility for such loss.
It is the customer's obligation to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
What happens if I want to make changes to my order?
We will make every effort possible to realistically put in place any changes to your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
Can Joy d' Fleur let me know when the flowers have been delivered?
If you request us to confirm delivery we will attempt to do so where possible. In some cases delivery can only be confirmed the following day due to courier services.
